Kerry Weiner, MD, MPH

Dr. Weiner is the Medical Director for the Medicare Shared Savings Program (MSSP) at GeriNet Medical Associates, bringing over 45 years of clinical and leadership experience in internal medicine, gastroenterology, and value-based care. A graduate of the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, where he also earned his Master of Public Health, Dr. Weiner has held senior roles including Chief Medical Officer at IPC-Team Health and Lakeside Community Healthcare.

Board certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology, Dr. Weiner has played a pivotal role in developing innovative care models for frail and medically complex populations across skilled nursing, post-acute, and home-based settings. His leadership in the MSSP reflects a deep commitment to aligning clinical outcomes with accountable care performance, quality metrics, and regulatory compliance, while mentoring clinical teams and collaborating with federal agencies like CMS and CMMI to advance patient-centered delivery systems.
