Allen Bauzon serves as the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel for GeriNet Medical Associates. Allen brings over 12 years of diverse legal, regulatory, compliance and contracting experience to GeriNet. He previously worked as the VP of Legal and Compliance Officer at HealthEssentials, LLC a management services organization for various healthcare entities.

Allen is a Registered In-House Counsel in the State of California and holds bar admissions in the State of New York and the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. Allen is also certified in Healthcare Compliance by the Compliance Certification Board and is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association.
